Paris has a great accessible public transportation system which allows Parisians and tourists to commute within the city and surrounding areas via the subway, bus, tram and RER trains.

NAVIGO WEEK PASS

The Navigo Week Pass offers unlimited weekly rides and is the best public transportation pass for a tourist traveling between zones 1 - 5. You can buy the Navigo pass for the current week up until Thursday, midnight at most Metro, RER and Transilien train ticket windows. The pass covers Central Paris, both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, Disneyland Paris, and Château De Versailles. The pass is non-transferable to another person. Make sure to validate the pass on your first ride! You can also purchase tickets per ride, day pass or a book of ten tickets, called a "carnet" if you're in Paris for a short time.

NAVIGO PASS DETAILS:
* Cost:   22.80€ plus 5€ non-refundable fee for the physical card and 5€ for photo id.
* Valid:   Monday at 00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59.
* Coverage:   Central Paris and all Zones 1 - 5.
* Who can buy:   Parisians - Residents and non-residents (tourists).
* Transports:   All RATP city buses, trams, RER trains, Noctilien night buses, and Transilien Ile-de-France trains.

Note : It is mandatory that you personalize your pass with a passport like id or else you will get a hefty fine if stopped by the transit police! Save time and take a passport type id before you come to Paris and bring it with you in your carryon luggage. There are photo booths at most major Metro stations including the airports close to the RATP ticket counter if you didn't bring an id photo with you.


Charles de Gaulle Airport to Paris

Take the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line B icon train located in Terminal 2 or Roissypole station for passengers arriving from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Travel time is approximately 35 minutes.


Orly Airport to Paris

Take the OrlyVal shuttle train located in the Sud and Ouest terminals to the Antony station and connect to the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line B icon line. The line also connects with the Metro Paris Metro icon. Continue to your destination in Paris via the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line B icon or Paris Metro icon . Travel time is approximately 40 minutes.


Paris to Versailles

Take the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line C icon train direction to Versailles Château - River Gauche with Château de Versailles being your last stop. Versailles is about a 15 minute walk away.


Charles de Gaulle Airport to Disneyland Paris

Purchase your train ticket at the TGV counter located in Terminal 2 and take the high-speed TGV train to the first stop which is the Marne La Vallée - Chessy station. Travel time is approximately 10 minutes. For a cheaper yet time consuming route take the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line B icon train to the Chatelet Les Halles station in Paris and switch to the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line A icon train in the direction to Marne La Vallée - Chessy as your arrival station. Travel time using the RER trains is approximately 90 minutes.


Paris to Disneyland Paris

Take the Paris RER icon Paris RER Line A icon train in the direction to Marne La Vallée - Chessy as your arrival station. Travel time is approximately 35 minutes.
